We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in their original, unworn condition with all tags and packaging intact.
We offer 100% value on exchange for gold jewellery purchased from GAHANA GHAR. Exchange value is calculated based on the gold rate on the day of exchange.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 7–10 business days. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
Custom-made jewellery, personalised items, and gift cards are non-returnable. Earrings with pierced backings cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
Return shipping is free for defective or incorrect items. For change-of-mind returns, a nominal shipping fee may apply.
